Application Agreement

By submitting an Application to SoBo, you are agreeing to the following terms:

• I consent to my dog(s) being cared for by SoBo Doggie Daycare on occasion, at my request, and without further written authorìty from me.
• I recognize there are inherent risks of illness or injury when dealing with animals in this type of environment. Such risks include, without limitation, problems resulting from rough play and kennel cough or other contagious illnesses.
• I hereby grant permission to SoBo, its owners, employees, contractors, and/or agents to take any and all action necessary to secure the well-being and health of my dog(s), including any medical attention deemed necessary.
• I realize there may be times when reasonable deterrent measures will become necessary to prevent injury to other dogs and/or humans. Such measures may include, without limitation, painless deterrent spray products and physical contact such as the use of slip leads and removing your dog from the ground when necessary.
• I agree to reimburse SoBo For any expenses incurred in securing the well-being and health of my dog(s).
• I also agree that SoBo Doggie Daycare and the staff will not be liable for any problems that develop provided reasonable care and precautions are followed, and I hereby release them from any and of any and all liabilities, obligations, causes of action, claims, and rights that I have or may have against them, whether known or unknown, suspected or unsuspected, relating in any way to the services provided herein, including without limitation injury, death, sickness, or damage my dog(s) may suffer during or after participating in daycare or sleepover.
• I understand that on occasion my likeness and/or pet’s likeness may be captured on video or other media while staying at SoBo. I hereby authorize SoBo to use, broadcast and/or reproduce our likeness in video, print, or other media. I agree I will not be compensated for any such use.
• I agree to pay a $20 no-call/no-show fee if I fail to inform the SoBo Staff of my dog’s absence for daycare on a day that I have reserved. I also agree to pay a $30 no-call/no-show fee per night for a boarding stay that I fail to cancel.
• I agree to bring my dog in with a flat collar for every visit to SoBo Doggie Daycare.
